It is not a good idea to search about not being able to fall asleep with your smartphone for two reasons:
- The light will keep you awake
- You will probably increase your frustration level
What should I do? Keep the room dark and quiet. Try to accept the fact that you can’t fall asleep quickly. Get out of the bed if you can’t fall asleep in 20-30 minutes and go back to bed when you are SUPER SLEEPY!
