If you must read to unwind, read fiction.

 

For some of us, to unwind we read. This is OK. Do not read anything that will upset you or make your stimulated. Fiction is better for sleep than non-fiction. Non-fiction can you work up and prevent you from falling asleep.

Sleep Tip #48: Read fiction if you have to read in bed to unwind. Do not read fiction on a device but go old school-paper book with a small bit of light.
