Napping is often confused with dozing off. Planned napping is deliberate and intentional. Dozing is involuntary and often suggests that you need to unplug. If you find yourself dozing off @work, then your body is telling you that you’ve HIT THE WALL.

- Only at work
- Only at your desk
- Only at certain meetings
- Only around certain people
- Only after a big lunch
- Only after not being exposed to natural light for a certain number of hours
- Only when bored or under-stimulated
- Only when avoiding undesirable tasks or people
- Only after not getting a good night’s sleep the night before
