Are you suffering from Social Jet Lag?

Your obligations — work, family, friends, and community — often don’t sync up with when your body needs to sleep. This is called Social Jet Lag. It is estimated that two out of three of us experience at least one hour of social jetlag a week, and a one out of three of us experience two hours or more – equivalent to flying from Chicago York to Los Angeles and back each week.

The symptoms of jet lag are the same as the symptoms of Social Jet Lag minus not flying anywhere.
