Dr. Marty Martin

Dr. Marty Martin is a licensed clinical psychologist, with a Master’s in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, and a former fellow at National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health.

Dr. Martin is a specialist in a mindful approach to helping you become more effective and enhance your quality of life with his extensive study and achievements. He completed the Clinical Sleep Educator Program. He earned a certificate in Mindfulness Training and is a Certified Sleep Science Coach.

He has help hundreds of people gain mastery of their lives by gaining mastery of their sleep health. Through one‐on‐one coaching, and using tools like relaxation therapy, sleep restriction therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy he has helped his clients learn how to fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and feel refreshed after sleeping.

Poor sleep health is making us unsafe, unhealthy, stressed out, and anxious. But it doesn’t have to be like this.
