Is it normal to take longer to fall asleep and wake up earlier at the End of DST? Yes!

2013 study suggests that during the End of Daylight Savings Time, people tend to get up earlier and lose time sleeping overall.

If it takes you 20-30 minutes to fall asleep, this is expected but still frustrating. And if you wake up 30-45 minutes earlier, this too is expected and a bit frustrating. Remember, your body takes time to make the adjustment.
